Options for how to handle badges received that are not needed.
If the badge has been worn, please return it at the end of the wear period with any other badges that have the same end wear date. Once received the badge will be read and a report will be created. Please make sure that the wearer is inactivated on MyRadCare so that you do not continue to receive the badge in future shipments.

Please note that badges must never be shared with others as the dose recorded should only be assigned to one wearer. If you’re unsure whether a badge has been used or not, then it’s highly encouraged that you order a new badge.
If the badge has not been worn it can be kept as a spare badge. If a badge is needed for a new wearer within the timeframe listed on the badge. The badge can be reassigned and given to that wearer despite the name listed. The new wearer can use the badge until the wear period ends.
To ensure the new wearer receives a badge with the correct name with the next shipment please make sure to add a badge on MyRadCare.
