If your current badges have expired and you have not received the new badges, please take the following steps:
1. Track your shipment. For instructions on how to check your tracking, click here.
- If tracking an estimated delivery date, please continue to use your current set of badges until the new ones arrive. Do not return your current badges until a new set arrives.
- If tracking is inconclusive or you are unable to locate it move to step 2
