What should I do if I have not yet received my new badges and my current badges have expired?

If your current badges have expired and you have not received the new badges, please take the following steps:

1. Track your shipment. For instructions on how to check your tracking, click here.

  • If tracking an estimated delivery date, please continue to use your current set of badges until the new ones arrive. Do not return your current badges until a new set arrives.
  • If tracking is inconclusive or you are unable to locate it move to step 2
