Do I owe a balance or have a credit available?

For prepaid accounts, a renewal will be generated for an estimated 12 months of service. Once the payment is processed, the amount paid will be credited to your account. This credit balance will be used to cover the cost of badges as they are shipped. When the credit balance becomes low, a new renewal will be generated to ensure continuous service. As statements are generated throughout the year, you will be able to see your remaining credit balance.

You can check your credit balance or any amount due by accessing your most recent statement under the 'Account' tab on MyRadCare.

When you examine your statement, check the 'Amount Due' section located on the right side of the page. If it indicates 'No Payment Due,' this means you are not currently up for renewal and have a credit balance. To the left, in the 'New Balance' section, you will find an amount displayed. This figure represents your credit balance, which will be applied to future shipments.

On the 'Account' tab in MyRadCare, you can quickly check whether you have a balance due or a credit. Look for the section titled 'Balance' on the right side of the page, which is highlighted in grey. If there is an amount displayed with a (-) in front of it, this indicates a credit that will be applied to your future shipments.
