Why did I receive two different Renewal Invoices? Which one should I pay?

When the credit balance of a prepaid account is insufficient to cover the full amount due for the next set of badges, a Renewal Invoice will be generated.

If the first Renewal is not paid or the payment is not applied to the account by the next billing date, a new Renewal will be generated with a different invoice number. The balance due on this new Renewal may be the same or different, depending on whether there are any pending charges between the two billing dates.

To ensure that your payment is processed correctly, please make payment for the most recent Renewal received.

 

If I pay for the first or older Renewal, what will happen?

If you make a payment for the first Renewal invoice received, that's perfectly fine. Your account will continue to function as long as there are enough credits available. However, it's important to note that if the "full" Renewal balance was not paid, there is a higher possibility of running out of funds before a year of service is completed.
