There are different types of billing, which can impact how you access your invoices.
If the invoice number consists of 7 digits (e.g., 1231234), it is associated with an invoiced account. To access your invoices, simply navigate to the "Invoice" tab on MyRadCare. Once there, click on the specific invoice number you wish to review. The invoice will then be displayed, allowing you to save, download, or print it as needed.
If your invoice number is a combination of letters and numbers, such as AWU150, it means that it is associated with a statement or prepaid account. To find your invoices, go to the "Account" tab on MyRadCare and look for the section called "Invoices." Simply click on the invoice number that you want to review, and the invoice will appear. From there, you can easily save, download, or print it as needed.
