Understand the importance of timely badge returns

Badges should be returned at the end of the wear period once the new set of badges is received. If your next wear period badges have not been received by the end wear date on your current badges, please contact Customer Care at customercare@radetco.com or 512-831-7000 Ext. 2.

There is a 60-day grace period to get badges returned. This means you have 60 days after the end wear date to get badges returned to RDC. If badges are not received within the 60-day grace period, the account may be subject to unreturned badge fees. If the badges are received after the 60-day grace period, a partial credit will be applied to the account that can be used for future service.
