A Unreturned badge fee is a charge associated with a badge that has not been received by RDC and has surpassed the 60-day return period.
What is a 60-day return period?
Each badge is assigned a specific wear period, which can be found on the badge. After the wear period ends, there is a 60-day grace period for returning the badges. This 60-day period begins after the end wear period date mentioned on the badge.
What if badges arrive after the 60-day return period?
A partial credit will be applied to the account for each badge received after the 60-day grace period.
What should I do if I have been charged a UnReturned Badge fee(s) and I returned the badge(s)?
