Reactivate a Wearer

Learn how to reactivate an inactive wearer

  • Login to MyRadCare and access your subscription details under the "Wearers" tab.
  • Select the appropriate group you wish to make changes to. If there is only one group listed in the account, that group will automatically be selected.

Reactivate a Wearer

  • Open the "Inactive Wearers" dropdown and select the wearer you wish to reactivate
  • Change the Wearer Status to Active ensuring that the "Current Badges" listed for that wearer are correct and hit SAVE.
  • The wearer will now be listed under the "Active Wearers" list and will automatically receive a badge for the "Next Wear Period" listed in red at the top of the page. Need it sooner? You can create an order that will arrive before the next cycle begins.
