My Shipment was Received Damaged. What should I do?

If you received your shipment from UPS or USPS damaged. Please take the following steps:

1. Take a photo of the damaged packaging, badges and any documents provided by the carrier and email it to Customercare@radetco.com. Please include your name and account number in the email with an explanation of the issue.

Once received a Customer Care Representative will review the damage and notify you of what actions will be taken to resolve the issue. Please continue to use your current set of badges until a new shipment is received or the RDC Representative confirms the new set of badges received are okay to wear.
