How is the Renewal calculated? (Pre-paid accounts)

Your Renewal invoice is calculated based on 3 specific factors.

  1. The current number of active badges
  2. The current cost per badge 
  3. The current frequency (number of annual shipments) 

The above factors are considered when the following conditions exist on the account:

1. The next wear  start date is within 90 days

2. The estimated pricing for those badges exceeds the current funds available in the account to cover the cost of the shipment in full

 

What is not covered by my Renewal Invoice?

Additional services and ancillary fees are not covered under the Renewal cost. 

  • UnReturned Badge fees
  • Insufficient Postage
  • Cost of additional badges
  • Easyreturns- Prepaid label
  • Extra Shipment Cost
  • Rush Shipping Cost
