Learn about return packaging, postage required, and how to use your EasyReturn label
RDC provides return packaging with each shipment of badges. For accounts that receive 30 badges or less a Poly mailer envelope will be included in the badge shipment. For accounts with over 30 badges the box the badges are shipped in can be reused to return the badges at the end of the wear period.
For accounts not enrolled in our EasyReturns- Prepaid Label program, please make sure that parcel postage is applied to the shipment before it is shipped. To calculate the required postage, click the below link.
USPS Zoned Shipping Instructions
If you are enrolled in our EasyReturns program the label will be included with each standard shipment. Simply peel off the label and adhere it to the return packaging. Customers enrolled in Mail Innovation should send the shipment through USPS. Customers enrolled in UPS Ground should send the shipment through UPS.
