Returned/UnReturned Badge Status

Learn how to tell if returned badges have been received by the processing lab.

Tip: Include tracking on returned packages to monitor shipment status.

  1. Login to MyRadCare and access your subscription details under the "Wearers" tab.
  2. Select the appropriate group for which you wish to view the return status. If there is only one group listed in the account, that group will automatically be selected.
  3. Any badges more than 30 days past the Wear Period End date will be listed in the Late Badges section by wearer, badge service type, and the Wear Period for which the badge is missing.
  4. The Issued Badges Summary section will provide a general overview to indicate the status of returned badges for each wear period.
    • Green Check-mark: Indicates that all badges have been returned for that period
    • Orange Exclamation: Indicates that only a partial shipment has been returned, or that the badges for that wear period are more than 30 days past the Wear Period End date.

Note: Padded envelopes and boxes are considered packages/parcels, not letters or large envelopes. To ensure timely delivery of packages, be sure to include the appropriate postage as insufficient postage may cause postal processing delays that could result in Unreturned Badge Charges.
