Add a Service Location

Add a new service location and maintain a single account number

Keeping all of your wearers and reports on a single account can be easier to manage. If you would like to add a service location to your existing account here is a list of what Customer Care will need to help you get all set up.

  • Name of the location
  • Shipping, Reports, and Invoice address
  • Contact information for location (Contact name, email, phone number)
  • Frequency (BiMonthly, monthly, quarterly, semiannual)
  •  Badge Type
  • Names of wearers
  • Ship date - Standard (7 business days), Rush (1-2 business days), or Future date
