Resetting Your Password
If you forgot your password or need to reset it, you can click the 'Forgot password?' link on the 'Sign in' page.
This will open the 'Password reset' page.
Enter your Username and click 'Reset password' to receive an email with a password reset link from the NetDose system.
The email contains a link to a page where you can set a new password. Note that the link will expire in 24 hours.
Clicking the email's link opens the 'Set your password’ page in your default web browser. 
Your password must adhere to the policy below, which can be seen by clicking on the password entry line:
- Must contain 8-50 characters.
- At least one uppercase letter (A-Z)
- At least one lowercase letter (a-z)
- At least one number (0-9)
- At least one special character: [(@%. + \ '/ #$-/\_!?:)]
To ensure the security of your account, passwords cannot be reused for eight consecutive password changes.
You should not share your username and password. If other personnel require access to NetDose, they can be given usernames and passwords to access the software. Click here for instructions how.
Fill in your password and confirm its entry in the Reenter password field.
For convenience, clicking the 'eye' icon will reveal the obscured password, clicking it again will re-obscure the password.
If both passwords match, the 'Save' button becomes available and may be clicked to set your password.
After saving your password, you are redirected to the 'Sign in' page.
