This manual provides an in-depth exploration of the reporting options available in the NetDose Web UI, and explains how to export CSV files for convenience.
Overview
The NetDose Web UI offers a range of reporting options to provide users with valuable information. These reports contain details about doses received by users, reads from dosimeters, accumulated deep, shallow, and eye doses for different time periods, and more. Additionally, the Web UI allows users to generate NRG Form 5 compatible reports for their convenience.
In addition, where the Web UI provides information in list form, the list's displayed rows may be exported to a comma-separated values (CSV) file.
The Reports Menu
The 'Reports' menu page provides users with a range of options to generate reports. The available report types on the 'Reports' page include:
- Dose Read History Report - Contains history of raw daily dose readings and detailed dose information acquired from the dosimeter.
- Unread Dosimeters Report - Tracks dosimeters that have not been synchronized with the mobile app in the expected time period.
- Form 5 Report - US NRC Form 5, 10 CFR Part 20
- Occupational Radiation Exposure Report - Contains comprehensive dose information for the selected monitoring period.
- ALARA Report - Tracks users that have exceeded ALARA investigative thresholds.
- Termination Report - US NRC Form 5, 10 CFR Part 20 record of dose at conclusion of employment.
We will take a closer look at each report type below.
TIP: All tables in the Web UI can be exported to a CSV file by simply clicking the 'Export' button. It is important to note that the exported data will match the filtered and sorted information displayed in the table on the page.
Dose Read History Report
This report displays the reads received by dosimeters, with the most recent reads listed at the top. Users can filter and sort the listed rows based on their preferred criteria. The report can be exported as either a CSV or PDF file for easy sharing and reference. This report can be used to determine the timeframe a particular dose or alert occurred.
If your dosimeters are configured to collect detailed dose information, it can be viewed here. By default, the report will display the daily dose values. To view the detailed dose information, click the tab "Detailed dose' near the top of the screen.

At the end of every report type is a key that will define the contents of each column:
Unread Dosimeters Report
This report lists the dosimeters that have missing reads, meaning that the scheduled read was not received on the set date and no further reads have been received since then. The report provides information about the date of the last successful read, the number of missed reads, and the read frequency of the dosimeter. This can help you track down any dosimeters that are not being read in a timely fashion. Users can export this report as a CSV or PDF file.

US NRC Form 5 Report
Users can select the desired year and generate a Form 5 report for all users who had any readings in that year. After clicking the 'Generate report' button, a message will appear indicating that an email with a link to the generated PDF report will be sent to the user's email address upon successful completion. In case of any issues, users can contact support.
The user that generated the report will receive an email with a link to download the report:

A key is provided at the end of the report detailing the definitions of each box on the form:
Occupational Radiation Exposure Report
This report provides information on the accumulated deep, shallow, and eye doses for different periods. By default, the monitoring period is set from the beginning of the current year until the current date. The report can be exported to either CSV or PDF files. The report is grouped per user, and if the 'EDE calculation' parameter is enabled, the overall risk of the user's exposure is also displayed. For more details on enabling EDE calculations, please click here.

ALARA Report
This report contains all users who exceeded any quarterly or annual ALARA Level I or II thresholds. Select the desired year and quarter and click 'Generate report'. The report is generated as a PDF and can be saved.
If the user misses any dose information from their assigned dosimeters during the selected period, the field displaying the accumulated user dose value will be highlighted in yellow. Below is a page from an exported PDF file for an ALARA report. Each report also includes an instructions page at the end of the document.
Termination Report
The Termination Report is a US NRC Form 5 report with a modified header that reads "OCCUPATIONAL DOSE TERMINATION REPORT" as opposed to "OCCUPATIONAL DOSE RECORD FOR A MONITORING PERIOD" that is on the standard form. This form can be generated at the end of a user's employment to act as a record for employees that need to provide dose history to a future employer. It summarizes the total doses the user received during employment including lifetime historical dose data.
