Are you seeing an amber status light, receiving warning emails, or noticed something was wrong in the Web UI? You're in the right place.
When the system recognizes there is an issue with a dosimeter, it will generate a malfunction alert for that dosimeter. This alert goes to all applicable NetDose users that have notifications enabled. The system is notifying you there is an issue with the dosimeter and it is no longer collecting data.

First, try to sync with the dosimeter and see if the issue is resolved. If the malfunction status remains, the device will need to be exchange for another. Please click here for more details about exchanging dosimeters.
