Before you remove the dosimeters from your account, please consider if keeping them as spares is a better option. You may have employees or visitors that come and go. Keeping dosimeters as spares will help your program stay flexible without having to reorder and then deactivate and return dosimeters.
If you still wish to remove dosimeters from your account, please click here for detailed instructions for contacting support and returning the dosimeters. Please do not return dosimeters without contacting support and receiving an RMA number. There will be delays processing your return if an RMA number is not included.
