Need other users to have access to NetDose so they can monitor doses or sync with devices? NetDose Administrators and Supervisors can grant users access to NetDose.
Providing Access to NetDose Users
It is possible for users of NetDose to grant access to other users. In order for a user to grant access:
- The user must have an Administrator or Supervisor role. Supervisors will only be able to grant access to users in their department. For further details on user roles and their capabilities, please refer to this article.
- Users who are being given access should have an active status and a valid email address. For detailed information on how to change a user's status, please refer to this article.
- Click on the User tab in the navigation pane.
- Double click on the user you wish to grant access to.
- In the expanded window on the right, click the edit button.
- Enter the user's email address if it is not already present.
- Check the box that reads “Provide NetDose access (email required).”
- Click “Save”
Once access has been granted, an email containing a link to the initial login page and instructions for setting up a password will be sent to the user's email address. For more detailed information on the initial login process, please click here.
Administrators and Supervisors have the ability to disable user account access by unchecking the box labeled “Provide NetDose access (email required)” and saving the changes made to the user's profile.
