How do I cancel my account?

No longer need your dosimetry service? We are sorry to see you go! Please read on.

Step 1: Contact Technical Support at digitalsupport@radetco.com.

Step 2: Let us know you would like to cancel your account. Accounts can only be cancelled by the account manager or purchase card holder. Please provide your account number.

Step 3: We will provide instructions for the return of the dosimeters.

That's it, you're all set!

A few things to remember:

  • There are no refunds for the remaining time on your subscription. You may use the service up to the end of your subscription period after cancellation. Your subscription will not renew after cancellation.
  • The dosimeters are leased and must be returned to RDC or you will incur an unreturned dosimeter fee.
  • You must receive an RMA number from technical support during Step 3 when returning material. Failure to acquire an RMA number may delay processing of your request. 
  • We have other dosimetry products that may suit your needs. If dosimetry is no longer required, please consider the peace of mind and advantage of knowing your team is safe while on the job by maintaining the program!
