If you are a returning customer and would like to add dosimeters to an existing account, please click the current customers link below the buy button on the store page, fill out the form and submit it.
We will place a Shopify order for you with a prorated discount based on your remaining subscription period.
For example, if you order dosimeters halfway through your annual subscription, your price will be half of the standard price, and then renew with the rest of your existing devices on your original subscription renewal date.
Dosimeters will be shipped to your address, and you will receive an invoice with a link to submit your payment.
NOTE: Be sure to click the link for existing customers if you want to add dosimeters to your existing account, do not use the regular 'Buy Now' button.
After payment, you will be taken to an order confirmation screen with a link to provide your wearer information.
You DO NOT need to submit the wearer information form if you provided the information on the existing customer form.
