Having trouble syncing due to a Bluetooth error?

If you encounter this error below in the app:

First ensure that Bluetooth is on by checking the settings on your mobile device control center or settings.

If Bluetooth is already on and you receive the message, turn it off and on again and make another attempt to use the app. If the issues persists, exit the app and then restart it. If you are unable to resolved the issue, contact digitalsupport@radetco.com
