We will provide blank dosimeter labels with each shipment of devices
When you reassign a dosimeter, it is important to also relabel the device. Labels can be peeled off and the residue can be removed with rubbing alcohol.
Write the new user's name and wear location on the replacement label, peel and place on the device.
It is recommended to peel the label off the dosimeter as soon as the final synchronization to set the device to unassigned is complete and end the wearer's dose record. This ensures there are no mix ups in regard to who the device is assigned to. If the label is left in place, someone may mistakenly believe the device is still assigned to them and wear it, receiving doses that are not part of the wearer's dose record.
