PIN Consolidations 

If a PIN is duplicated in error by RDC we can request that the multiple PINS be consolidated to avoid multiple PINs tracking dose.

 

If a PIN for a wearer is duplicated, take the following steps:

1. Inactivate the duplicate PIN.

2. Make any necessary changes to the wearer and ensure the existing (correct) PIN is used.

3. Send an email to reports@radetco.com requesting that the PINs be consolidated. The email request should include:

  •  A list of all associated PINs

  • A clear notation indicating which PIN should remain active/assigned

In most cases, the oldest PIN should be retained as the active PIN, as it typically has the most dose history associated with it.
