Cancellation on Chem Lab accounts

Chem lab account cancellations can go directly to the person responsible for handling the leak tests. These accounts do not need to be sumitted to cancellations.

Actions to take:

• Confirm all leak test subscriptions have been cancelled

• Check account for any outstanding balance. Send to customer for payment 
• Leave the account as active
