Why am I receiving all RDC notifications, including billing, shipping, and reporting?

The Admin for the MyRadCare account serves as the primary point of contact. This individual's email address will receive all notifications related to the account, including updates on shipments, reports, and billing. The Admin has the authority to manage all aspects of the account, including granting or revoking access for other users. Please note that each account can have only one designated Admin.

 

Notification Management 

To ensure that specific notifications, such as Billing and Reports, are directed to the appropriate contacts, email addresses can be added to different notification fields on the 'Admin' tab.
