For customers enrolled in EasyReturns who have used their EasyReturn label to return their shipment, a tracking number is stored for MyRadCare.
EasyReturns labels that come with the newest set of badges are used to return the expiring/expired set of badges. When checking for tracking, look at the most recent standard shipment to find tracking for the previous set.
EasyReturns tracking is located in the Orders section on the 'Wearers' Tab.
Using the above example*
To check the return status for badges that have an end wear date of 7/15/25, locate and select the order that has a start date of 7/16/2025 (the next wear period start date).
When reviewing EasyReturns tracking, ensure that you are focusing on your standard orders or replacements, rather than on additional shipments that involve adding new wearers or badges during an ongoing wear period.
After selecting the relevant order, you will find the EasyReturns tracking information displayed at the bottom of the order list.
