The 'Wearer Status' field refers to the individual badge wearer. Changing a wearer’s status from 'Active' to 'Inactive' removes them from your active wearer list and stops all future badge shipments for that person. If you need to stop receiving all badges for a specific wearer, update their 'Wearer Status' to 'Inactive'.
The 'Delete' checkbox refers to the wearer’s individual badge types. Use this when a wearer has multiple badge types and you only need to stop one or more of those badges. For example, if a wearer has both a whole body badge and a ring badge, and the ring badge is no longer required, you would select 'Delete' for the ring badge only. This will stop future shipments for that specific badge type while keeping any remaining badge types active.
