What is MyRadCare+ (MRC+)

Overview

MyRadCare+ (MRC+) is RDC’s software subscription designed to bring together a suite of digital tools within the MyRadCare platform. The MRC+ subscription includes MyRadCare Insights™,Dose Assignments, BadgeTrack, and Reports & E-Signature. The tools within MyRadCare+ are designed to provide greater visibility into your dosimetery program allowing the program to managed more effciently.

Summary of the Features included in MRC+

MyRadCare Insights: 
  • MyRadCare Insights is an advanced analytics and reporting platform within MyRadCare that transforms finalized RDC dosimetry data into actionable insights. It helps Radiation Safety Officers (RSOs) and Program Administrators proactively monitor exposure trends, manage ALARA programs, track compliance, and reduce administrative burden.

Dose Assignments:

  • Located within MyRadCare Insights Dose Assignments was built to give RSOs and program administrators a streamlined, auditable way to assign estimated dose values when a dosimeter is lost, damaged, or unreturned. Today, this process is largely manual—handled through phone calls, emails, or paper forms—which creates compliance risk, slows down processing, and makes audit trails difficult to reconstruct. 

BadgeTrack:

  • BadgeTrack was built to solve one of the most persistent operational pain points in dosimetry programs: physically tracking and managing badge inventory. RSOs and program administrators spend significant time distributing dosimeters, collecting returns, and manually reconciling which badges are out, returned, or missing. BadgeTrack digitizes this process using barcode or QR scanning directly from a mobile device. 

Reports and E-Signature: 

  •  Reports & E-Signature was built to modernize you review, approve, and distribute your dose reports. Today, many RSOs print dose reports, physically sign them, scan them back in, and file them—a process that is slow, paper-heavy, and difficult to audit. Reports & E-Signature brings this entirely into MyRadCare, enabling digital review, electronic signature, and secure distribution—all from a single platform.
