What is BadgeTrack?

What is BadgeTrack?

BadgeTrack is a tool that was designed to support customer physically track and manage the badge inventory. BadgeTrack digitizes the check in and return documentation process. BadgeTrack lets you scan badges in and out using a barcode scanner. Every distribution and return is logged automatically in MyRadCare, so you always know where your badges are—without paper logs or spreadsheets.

How does BadgeTrack work?

  • BadgeTrack uses a barcode scanner  
  • Scans are recorded against the wearer’s record in the tool and stored in our database, creating a timestamped log of distribution and return events. 

Do I need special equipment?

How does this help with unreturned dosimeters? 

  • BadgeTrack gives you real-time visibility into which badges have been collected from wearers. This enables proactive follow-up with wearers before badge are packed up and returned to RDC, reducing unreturned badge fees.
