Set up a new group

To create a new group, please contact Customer Care at 512-831-7000 ext. 2. New groups cannot currently be created through MyRadCare.

You can also email customercare@radetco.com with the following information:

• Name of the new group or location

• Shipping frequency: monthly, quarterly, or semiannual

• Shipping and invoice address, if different from other groups

• Contact information, if different from other groups

• List of wearers

• Requested shipment start date: standard, rush, or synced with the next wear period
