      Reassigning Spare Badges on MyRadCare.

      I want to reassign a Spare badge to a new or existing wearer. What should I do?

      1.  Go to the Wearers tab
      2.  Select the Group where you want the reassigned badge to be reported
      3. Scroll down and select the blue button titled 'Reassign Spare Badge'
      4. On the left-hand side under 'Available Spares' click on the name of the spare badge you would like to reassign
      5. On the right-hand side under ' Group # - Active Wearers' choose the name of the existing wearer that will be assigned the spare badge
      6. Click the blue button at the bottom labeled ' Assign Badge'

      I want to reassign a Spare badge to a one-time wearer. What should I do?

      1.  Go to the Wearers tab
      2.  Select the Group where you want the reassigned badge to be reported 
      3. Scroll down and select the blue button titled 'Reassign Spare Badge'
      4. On the left-hand side under 'Available Spares' click on the name of the spare badge you would like to reassign
      5. At the bottom under 'Assign to one-time wearer' type the First and Last name of the wearer in the designated boxes.
      6. Click the blue button at the bottom labeled ' Assign Badge'

       

       

      Why doesn't my Spare badge appear in the 'Available spares' area? 

      Spare badges have to have the name "Spare" in the last name section for the badge to appear and be reassigned. 

       

      Reassigning Spare Badge criteria:

      • The name Spare must be listed in the Last Name area for the badge to appear and be available for reassignment.
      • Add a different identifier to each spare badge in the Last Name area so you can easily distinguish the difference between the different Spare badges. Example: Enter the following  into the last name area: Spare Nurse OR Spare 001 
      • Reassignments can only be performed for the current wear period.
      • Spare can only be assigned to a wearer with the same shipment frequency as the spare badge. This means that the wearer you want to assign the spare to needs to be in the same group the spare badge is in or a one-time wearer.
