      Is there any way to get the tracking number for the last EasyReturn label generated on my account?

      Yes, you can review EasyReturn tracking for badges being returned to RDC within MyRadCare.

       

      REMINDER:  EasyReturn label are shipped with the next set of badges. This means you need to look at current order to find EasyReturn tracking for the previous set. 

       

      1. Go to the 'Wearers' Tab within MyRadCare
      2. Go to the Order section right below the 'Next wear period' date listed in red
      3. Find the normal quarterly/monthly/semiannual order for the current wear period
        1. EX: if you want to check on tracking for badges with end date 12/14/2025. You should review EasyReturn tracking on the order with start date 12/15/2025.
      4. Click on the order. EasyReturns tracking will be listed directly below the list of wearers shipped.
      5. Click the EasyReturn tracking link. Tracking should pop up for review

      Hint: When looking for a normal order vs an extra pay attention to the wear period and number of badges in the order. This can help you better understand which shipment was issues as your next wear period order and which are for extra badge ordered.
