I returned the wrong wear period badges by mistake. What option do I have?

Upon receipt of your badges, they will be logged into your account, and a dose report will be generated. Please note that once the badges are received, they cannot be reshipped.

We recommend placing an order for a new set of dosimeters for the current wear period through MyRadCare. After you receive the new badges, you can return any expired badges to prevent incurring Unreturned Badge fees.

If you choose not to order an additional set of badges, you may continue using your current badges for an extended wear period. However, please be aware that your account will incur Unreturned Badge fees for any late badges. Once the badges are returned to RDC, a partial credit will be issued for each badge returned.  For badges that are worn beyond their standard wear period, you can complete a Wear Period Adjustment note. The note can be stored with your reports and will accurately document the actual wear period of the badges.
