I returned my current wear period badges by mistake. What should I do?

 

Upon receipt, all badges returned to RDC are formally checked in and processed. Please note that RDC is unable to reship badges that have been returned in error; however, you have several options to consider:

Option 1: Continue using your current set of badges for an extended duration.

If badges are not returned within the grace period, an Unreturned Badge Fee will be applied to your account. Once the badges are received, a partial credit will be provided accordingly. For documentation, you may complete a Wear Period Adjustment Note and retain it with your reports to accurately reflect the extended wear period.

Option 2: Order a replacement set of badges

You can place replacement order online on MyRadCare. Find instruction on how to place an order here

Option 3: If only one or two badges were returned in error and you have a spare badge available you can reassign the spare badge.

Feel free to use spares or unused badges for the wearers whose badges were returned in error. You can ensure accurate reporting by completing the badge reassignment form
