I received a notice about an unreturned badges, but I returned my badges.

There can be a few factors that influence when a shipment of returned dosimeters is received.

Please note that it can take several weeks for badges to be received. If your shipment was returned within the last few days, it may be that the shipment is still in Transit. 

Scenario 1: Badges have been received, and the notice happened right before the badges were checked in.

Scenario 2: The badges for the incorrect wear period were returned by mistake 

  • Step 1: Check to see what wear period badges were received.
    • In the 'Issued Badge Summary' Section on the 'Wearers', the 'Wear Period Ended' dates will be listed for you to clearly see what badges have been received.

Scenario 3: Some but not all badges were received 

  • Step 1: Review your Unreturned Badge Notification. On the notification, you will receive a list of dosimeters that have not been received.
    • If the badge(s) listed are confirmed returned, reach out to Customer Care for additional assistance.

Scenario 4:  Badges are still in Transit. If your account is enrolled in EasyReturns* and the label was used to return the shipment, you can check the tracking to see when the badges will arrive.

  • Step 1: Check your tracking 
    • If tracking shows movement, continue to wait and see if badges arrive. If tracking is stalled or shows an issue, contact Customer Care for further assistance.
