Sometimes, shipments that become misplaced during transit eventually reach their intended destination, although they may arrive significantly later than expected. Here are the steps you should follow.
If you receive a missing or lost shipment after the start date, once the wear period has concluded, or following a replacement, please return the badges to the RDC. Inform Customer Care that you have received the badges and need assistance with the return label, if necessary. There is no urgency for the return; you may hold onto the badges until the end of your current wear period and send them back all at once.
