I received a set of badges that do not belong to me. What should I do with them?

If you receive a set of badges that do not belong to your facility, please reach out to Customer Care at customercare@radetco.com. In your email, include a photo of the badges you received. This will help us locate the correct account and arrange for a new shipment to the appropriate facility. Once we have this information, we will provide you with a shipping label to return the incorrect badges to RDC.
