If you receive badges with your new shipment that will not be used, you have several options:
Option 1: Return unused badges along with your expired badges.
Option 2: Hold onto the unused badges and return them at the end of the wear period indicated on the badge.
Option 3: Reassign the badge to a new wearer at any time during the wear period. Be sure to complete the badge reassignment form and update your account accordingly. For step-by-step instructions on reassigning a badge, click here.
All badges—regardless of whether they were worn—must be returned at the end of the wear period.
