Reports are typically generated within 7 to 10 business days after the items are returned. If you haven't received a report for a specific wear period date that has been returned, there are a few things you can review.
- Check your returned badge tracking info
- Has the shipment been delivered?
- If the tracking has stalled or there seems to be a delivery issue, contact Customer Care.

- If badges have been recently checked in, please allow up to 10 business days for the report to be generated.
