I have not received a report for my badges.

Reports are typically generated within 7 to 10 business days after the items are returned. If you haven't received a report for a specific wear period date that has been returned, there are a few things you can review. 

  • Check your returned badge tracking info
    • Has the shipment been delivered?
      • If the tracking has stalled or there seems to be a delivery issue, contact Customer Care.
  • Check to see if/when RDC received your shipment
    • If badges have been recently checked in, please allow up to 10 business days for the report to be generated.
      • If a report is not available within 10 business days of the badges being checked in, please do not hesitate to reach out to Customer Care for further assistance.
