I have a badge that has not been used. What should I do with it?

All badges from a previous wear period, or current wear period badges that will not be used or reassigned, can be placed in a small box, padded envelope, or the provided RDC poly mailer and mailed to RDC at 3527 Snead Drive, Georgetown, TX 78626. Please ensure proper postage is applied to the package.

If the account is enrolled in the EasyReturn prepaid label program, a label will be included in the new shipment of badges. This label can be applied to the return package and dropped off with the appropriate carrier based on the label type (FedEx or USPS).

Reminder: If your new shipment includes a badge for a wearer who is no longer at your facility, you can save it for a new hire. If the new wearer is hired during the wear period listed on the badge, the badge can be reassigned to them.
