I did not receive an EasyReturn Label with my standard shipment of badges.

EasyReturn labels are provided exclusively with standard shipments. Please note that orders placed during the wear period for new wearers or replacement badges will not include a return label.

If your standard wear period badges did not come with a return label, please reach out to  Customer Care for assistance. If a label was overlooked during the shipping process, RDC will promptly send you a new label via email.
