I did not receive my control badge. What do I need to do?

Control Badges are only shipped with your standard shipments. Extra shipments during the wear period will not include a control badge.  

The first new group order must be placed by Customer Care to ensure that a control badge is issued. After this initial order, the system will automatically include control badges with all subsequent standard shipments.

If you received a standard shipment and did not find a Control Badge included, please verify that an active Control Badge exists on your account. You can check this by reviewing your 'Active Wearers' list located in the 'Wearers' tab, which is situated just below two blue boxes on the left side of the page. If you see a Control Badge listed in your 'Active Wearers' list, please contact Customer Care for further assistance.
