A badge may not have been received for several reasons. Before submitting a request for a badge to be issued, please review the following checklist.
Scenario 1: A badge was added to the account, but an order was not placed.
- If a badge is needed before the next start date, placing an order is required.
- How to check:
- Click on the name of the wearer from your 'Active Wearers' list
- A 'Configure Wearer and Badge Service' pop-up will appear on the screen.
- Scroll down to the Badge History section. If the wear period for the specific timeframe you are checking is not listed, it indicates that a badge was not issued for that period.
Scenario 2: Your next badge shipment was selected to be built prior to the new badge being added.
- How to check:
- Click on the name of the wearer from your 'Active Wearers' list
- A 'Configure Wearer and Badge Service' pop-up will appear on the screen.
- Scroll down to the 'Change History' section. There you can see a timestamp for when a wearer was created or reactivated.
- Then you will need to review tracking to see when the badges were shipped.
Scenario 3: The badge has been ordered and is arriving in a separate shipment.
- How to check:
- Review your orders to see if the badge(s) you are missing were ordered seperately and are coming in a different shipment. Orders are located on the 'Wearers' tab.

Scenario 4: Badge issued for a short wear period
- When placing a badge order close to the start date of the next wear period, it's possible that an order is already in progress. In such cases, you will be given the option to order a badge for both the current short wear period and the upcoming period. It's important to pay attention to this option, as it can be easily overlooked. Failing to do so may result in receiving a badge only for the remaining duration of the current wear period, with no new badge issued for the subsequent wear period.
