How do I remove/inactive/delete/cancel a wearer from my list/account?
Learn how to discontinue a wearer or badge from your regular subscription cycle.
Removing a Wearer
- Select the wearer you wish to remove under the "Active Wearers" list to open the wearer configuration. (See video below)
- Change the Wearer Status from "Active" to "Inactive" and hit SAVE.
- The wearer will now be listed under the "Inactive Wearers" list and will not receive a badge for the "Next Wear Period" listed in red at the top of the page.
