You can access the complete history of badge returns on MyRadCare. Once the badges are checked into the RDC system, they will be listed along with their received date in the 'Issued Badge Summary' section under the 'Wearers' tab. To view specific details, simply click on the date corresponding to the 'Wear Period Ended' that you wish to examine.
- Green Check-mark: Indicates that all badges have been returned for that period
- Orange Exclamation: Indicates that only a partial shipment has been returned, or that the badges for that wear period are more than 30 days past the Wear Period End date.
