How can I check that my order went through okay?

MyRadCare will generate an Order Summary immediately after you place your order. This summary serves as confirmation that your order has been successfully submitted and is being processed.

You can also check the Orders section in your MyRadCare account. To find it, navigate to the "Wearers" tab, where you'll see the order details displayed on the right side of the page, just below the 'Next Wear Period' date in red.

The most recent order will appear at the top of the list. By clicking on the order number, you can view a detailed list of the wearers included in that order.
