Can I change the frequency (monthly, quarterly, semiannual) of my shipments on MyRadCare?

At this time, MyRadCare does not support changing your badge shipment frequency online. To update your shipment frequency, please contact Customer Care at 512-831-7000 ext. 2, email customercare@radetco.com, or type 'Rep' in chat for immediate assistance.
