Can I add an additional badges to an existing order?

Currently, orders cannot be edited after they are placed. To make changes, you can contact Customer Care at 512-831-7000 ext. 2 to cancel your existing order and submit a new one with all required badges.

Alternatively, you may place an extra shipment order for any newly added badges. If the new badge isn’t needed until the next wear period, there’s no action required—it will be included automatically in your next scheduled shipment.
