This feature allows enterprise customers to run a YTD dose report for wearers across their entire enterprise group, even if those wearers have different PINs at different locations.
To enable this, the wearer must have the “Your ID” field filled out in each account they belong to. This identifier links dose data across multiple PINs and locations.
The YTD dose report can only be ran at the enterprise account level. To access it, navigate to Master Account -> Reports -> Location YTD.
Only wearers with the Your ID field completed will appear in this section. When a wearer is selected, the system displays their combined dose history across all associated accounts and locations.
This is NOT a form 5. If a company needs to provide a form 5 for a wearer they will need to generate one for each account.
